Executive with hands-on experience in designing and implementing digital & agile transformations @ scale in: 1) digital natives (e.g. collaborated with the "Spotify way of working" at Spotify in Sweden, initiated the agile coaching practice at Yahoo! LatAm) and 2) high growth digital incumbents (e.g. directed the agile journey at Magalu in Brazil as an executive in charge of the whole transformation).
