I started to get in touch with SCRUM in 2011 when I first visited the Agile Community on Volkswagen Group.
First we were a small group of It project managers who had several problems. We became an open and fast growing group agile project managers. One of the most imported efforts of our work in the Community is to bring the agile change to our company. So I’m still a constant member of our Agile Community ( a 4 our Workshop every month) to exchange the agile spirt an work affords. At my current position as SCRUM Master on Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles I implemented the SCRUM workflow at our team, with my Product Owner Carsten Ullrich. Now I’m trying to get better experiences with our team and help others to get agile.
The best thing is to communicate with other agilelists to exchange experiences and learn from each other. So the communities and project exchanges models are really good ways to getting better.
Today I’m a trainer and coach for agile work on the Znip Academy.
