Our clients primarily sort into two groups: organizations and individuals.
Individuals hire us to support their own developmental coaching, leadership development, or any Coaching required to obtain/renew their ICF certifications. Techniques may include: Adult Development, Mindfuless, Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness, Presence, Somatics, or Thought Field Therapy.
When a company or organization hires us, they typically want to optimize a value stream, or their delivery of product(s)/service(s). When we speak of “business agility”, we assess this complex adaptive system to understand its current state, inquire about its goals and what it wants to be different, then we methodically inspect-and-adapt as we make adjustments to people, process, and technology. We do this for the client, in a way that evokes their own awareness to do this for themselves going-forward. Outcomes they fail to meet are often impeded by a lack of transparency, prioritization, or empowering people/teams to do the work without direct oversight.
The work we do with Organizations may include Agile Coaching (Lean Principles, Scrum or Kanban practices), Facilitation, Team Coaching, Atlassian Jira/Confluence/JSM Tools Coaching, IT Service Management Optimization, etc. In each of these domains, we have certified experts with diverse toolboxes to meet our clients where they are, and help them get where they want to go.
