I follow my passion for organisational change, innovation, emergent leadership and open participatory methods to help create spaces for all voices to be heard and guide an exploration of what could be possible from the insights generated within and between each person in order to thrive in the current pace of the world we live in today. Assessing organizations, training Scrum and kanban classes, launching new teams. Helping managers see how to help teams, create a safe, learning culture. Guiding teams to understand Agile is bigger than stand ups and project boards.
As an Agile Coach and facilitator, I provide my clients with insights and learnings gained from my experience in modern organisational approaches. I supports them with Agile-based team and leadership coaching and instilling a mindset of strong people focus and continuous learning and improvement. I also help others in the Agile field create a stronger awareness of their own coaching mindset and skills.
Previously, I have experience being software developer and business analyst in Madrid, Spain, where I am originally from.
