My expertise as senior UX designer lies in UX, Interaction and Persuasive design for B2C Loyalty systems. I started my career as graphic designer but quickly transitioned to frontend web developer. Because of my background I profit from a lot of technical insights that I can take into account when developing or optimizing user journeys. Finally I really love to collaborate with (scrum/agile) teams and provide substantiated feedback to product owners and stakeholders.
