Jim York, co-founder of FoxHedge LTD, has over 30 years experience helping clients deliver results through a laser-like focus on their customers’ needs and continuous process improvement. As a Lean and Agile practitioner, Jim has performed many roles including product manager, analyst, developer, tester, and project manager. Over the past 25 years, he has coached and taught Scrum to dozens of teams in a variety of industries including financial services, media, and telecommunications in both the public and private sector.
Focusing on private clients, Jim blends his experience in Scrum, Agile Project Management, Lean Software Development, Extreme Programming, and traditional project management to deliver tailored “just-in-time” coaching and training to executive and senior managers and their teams. Jim uses an engaging and entertaining approach in workshops to make the experience applicable, practical and most of all, sustainable.
