Luca Sturaro

Luca Sturaro worked as a IT consultant or employee in different companies with several technologies and environments covering different roles such as SW engineer, Team Leader, Scrum Master/Facilitator and Project Leader and Manager. His 15+ years of experience in software development range from embedded applications to web solutions through desktop ones, dealing with energy management & metering, industrial automation, telecommunication and healthcare domains. Luca is passionate about Agile since 2011, when he was actively involved as a Scrum Master for an Agile transformation in a big telecommunication company. His is interested in coaching both managers and teams, facilitation and agility at scale, having worked 8 years with multisite and multicultural teams. Currently, he works as Agile Coach in the banking sector helping the organization through an agile adoption and transition.
