Malte Foegen

I worked for many years in the IT industry. I started my career at the Fraunhofer Institute, an IT research organization and later joined IBM. In both organizations I worked as an engineer, architect and project manager. Later at IBM I became responsible for a multinational process improvement and change management program within IBM. I enjoyed working with people and improving the world of work, so I joined wibas which specializes in New Work and Agility. I am now now one of the board members of wibas and work as a Chief Product Owner. My special interest is Enterprise Agility. As a consultant I support since many years agile transformations. I have written several books about change, transformation and agility. While at the beginning my experience with agility was in the IT industry, I worked with many clients in the hardware industry, developing cars, cameras, valves - just to name a few.

wibas is a consultancy that focuses on new work and agility. We support our customers in implementing lean and agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, etc. We at wibas specialize in change management (aka transformation), too. Our unique approach is driven by the firm believe, that an openness to change and uncertainty and a well structured disciplined agile approach go well together. So, you can me not only ask questions about Scrum, but also about transformation.

Personally, I love to work with our clients. I typically support the executive level. When you come to one of my trainings, you can expect a training that lives from my experience in ongoing engagements, from my experience from growing and managing a consultancy, and from my ability to make complicated stuff easy.

I personally believe in experience based learning. So when you come to one of my classes, you can expect a hands on workshop with precise explanations, hands on experience, and valuable debriefs.
