Mauricio Robles is a Certified Enterprise Coach by the Scrum Alliance (CEC), ICAgile Certified Professional in Coaching Agile Transitions (IC-CAT) and Agile Explorer of the Lean Change Management Institute. Mauricio brings together more than 20 years of experience in Project Management that has transitioned into Agile Coaching. Through this journey he has had the opportunity to work with teams in a wide variety of activities such as Software Development, Customer Service, Financial Operations and Accounting; in Mexico, Costa Rica, United States, Colombia, Argentina, Singapore and India. He has worked large scaled Companies where he facilitated team to adopt an Agile Mindset through the implementation of its Values and Principles, while partnering with the leadership to support the change. This was supported by a strategy based on process optimization, feedback and continuous improvement. Mauricio regularly delivers Certified Agile Foundations, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner courses reaching so far to over 500 people in organizations like Hard Rock Hotel, Citi Bank, Frontier Communications, World Fuel Services, Nike, PPG Latam and Tech Knowledge Solutions Canada. His work as a volunteer with the Scrum Alliance, has given him the opportunity to collaborate in the development of tools and services for Agile Coaches. Also, he has been involved in the development of the Agile Coaching profession through the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel, that explores the competencies required to grow as an Agile Coach. Mauricio is passionate about building community, leading him to co-created the Agile Coaching Circles LATAM MeetUp group, that delivers regular talks and workshops in Agile Coaching for the Latin American community.
