HP: first experience with Agile.  Inspired me to learn more.  Taught me what happens when you try to transition to scrum but you don't provide any training to anyone.  Highlighted the importance of getting management understanding and support for agile principles, and how much it can impact teams when they are surrounded by very inflexible waterfall processes.

Snapfish: Great experience in coordinating 23 teams all working on the same web site.  Lots of learnings from large meeting facilitation and motivating people through what matters to them.

Autodesk: wonderful hands-on experience with teams who were led by supportive managment.  Great seeing them become highly productive and happy.
