I want to live in a world where leaders and teams can energize and fulfill their purpose. Yet, we often struggle to operate as our optimal selves. Our own inner and outer dynamics tend to elude us. We fall into our unique optimization gap - as individuals and as collectives.
Minding this gap as we move toward our purpose is an ever-evolving complex leader’s challenge - and I love addressing it. Finding those hidden dynamics intrigues me. My specialty is in sustainable holistic transformation of individuals, teams and organizations. I excel at being a guide when you find yourself stuck and bewildered in an environment characterised by uncertainty and the unknown. When "tips and tricks" no longer work to make deep progress, you can rely on me to go all the way with you.
I combine professional coaching, systems thinking, Agile and Lean thinking, mindfulness, meditation and Spiral Dynamics (value systems assessments) to shape systemic change taking into account personal values, collective strengths, cultural dynamics and environmental factors.
I have worked in multicultural environments (Namibian, US, Swiss, Irish, Serbian), different industries and organizational types (insuranceTech startup, humanitarian, e-learning, network monitoring software, LMS) and variety of teams (cross-functional, development, HR, design, product, leadership, support).
