Naveen is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) trainer working in India and Asia Pacific under Agilemania. He is having 22+ years of experience in software product development. Naveen is Certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Practitioner and have coached organizations and teams on agile adoption and agile engineering practices. He is one of the early adopter of DevOps practices and teaches DevOps culture, practices and tools to development team and operation team.
Naveen teaches Scrum, Extreme Programming, agile engineering and DevOps practices and coach/mentor teams on Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Exttreme Programming, DevOps, Emergent Design and Agile Testing etc.
He loves talking about agile & digital transformation over cup of coffee. Associated with multiple organizations as consultant to build better product and improve processes by adopting business agility. He teachs, consult and coach on agile way of working and agile software development.
Started a company called Agilemania in India, Malaysia and Singapore to provide better education to enterprises in Asia Pacific countries and have been serving in India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Cambodia. Having desire to go further east to South Korea, Japan and Philippines.
Naveen is active in agile community and participate is major events as speaker and volunteer. He has presented papers in Global Scrum Gatherings as well as in many other Scrum Alliance conferences and meet-up. He writes blog on agile, scrum, Kanban and technical practices.
