Pavel Dabrytski

Pavel Dabrytski is a Certified Scrum Trainer and leader in the South African and international Agile communities. For the past 14 years, he taught over four hundred leadership classes, certifying over seven thousand Scrum Masters and Product Owners. He spoke at numerous international conferences, including the major Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance events. But his journey started as a software developer on a Scrum team, building software for municipal workers, tracking potholes, and improving the quality of local roads. He understands the daily challenges teams and their leaders face in delivering products and projects to their clients and customers.

Pavel is also a South African Masters rower who represents the country at local and international sporting events. He graduated from Harvard University in the United States on two occasions (ALB’18, ALM’22). His academic work helped him gain a global leadership perspective, which he continues to share with the rest of the community.
