Prathan is agile coach who has been guiding the small-size, middle-size ans enterprise to start the Agile journey by using Scrum plus practices from XP, Kanban and Lean since 2010.
Prathan possesses multi-facet skills ranging from Software Testing, ITIL the IT Service Management, Project Management, Efficiency Improvement and Process Implementation for Organization Transformation. Previously, Prathan was working in Sanook.com (5 years) to settle Software Testing team and processes, the last position at Sanook.com is Assistant Service and Operation Manager who take care of IT Operation and Test Team. TARAD.com (2 years), Prathan was IT Development Manager that implement, adopt and improve team, development, testing and IT operation processes. Meanwhile working in the companies, Prathan was settled Thai Software Testing Community and Blog to share knowledge and experience and member of Agile66, Thai Agile Community, too.
Prathan holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD).
Since 2011 Prathan and 2 colleage designed the training first Agile training course in Thailand; Spartan, Agile/Scrum Workshop 3 days, and until now more than 50 courses both public and private and design the other 10 training courses tht related to Agile and Scrum.
