Paul Moore is an agile coach, trainer, software crafter, and change agent.
Paul first started delivering software using agile methods in 2000 as a developer on an extreme programming team. He has hands-on experience delivering software with teams using Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe. His client companies range from single-team start-ups to Fortune 100 enterprise transformations with over ninety active agile teams.
His many long-term coaching positions allow Paul to meet teams where they are at and work with them to grow their delivery using the agile mechanism that best fits their situation. Through his enterprise engagements Paul has paired with dozens of coaches and draws from their viewpoints and coaching styles.
Paul is also a co-founder and current organizer of the Agile SoCal user group. Since 2002 Paul has organized and hosted over one hundred meet-ups attended by thousands of southern California agilists. Details on future meetings can be found at http://agilesocal.org
