Roger Chou's Bio 周龍鴻簡介

Dr. Roger Chou is the founder of PM-ABC Inc. He is the first person in Asia to obtain the PMI PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification and the first person in Taiwan to become a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST, also known as an International Scrum Ambassador). He earned his PhD in Business Administration with a focus on strategic management for senior executives from the prestigious National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan in just three years.

周龍鴻博士是長宏專案管理顧問有限公司的創辦人。他是亞洲首位獲得PMI的PgMP（國際計畫管理師）認證，也是台灣首位獲得Certified Scrum Trainer（CST，也被稱為Scrum國際大使）的人。他在台灣頂尖大學中山大學僅用三年時間就取得了企業管理博士學位、專攻高階主管的策略管理。

Since July 2014, he has collaborated with another distinguished CST, Bill Li, to train over 50% of the certified ScrumMasters (1,000 people) in Taiwan. In 2015, Dr. Chou received the Agile International Award and was recognized by YOH in London as the "Best International Agile Promoter."

His application of Scrum extends beyond the IT field, aiming to promote agile methodologies in non-IT industries in Taiwan. Dr. Chou has set an ambitious goal of helping 100 companies adopt Scrum within ten years. Numerous renowned enterprises, such as the largest telecommunications company in the country, Hong Sheng Construction (the largest construction company in southern Taiwan), Pfizer, Ricoh, Alpha Networks (the largest network communication company in the country), GSS (the longest-running agile information company in Taiwan), and ETC (national highway electronic toll collection), have implemented Scrum under Dr. Chou's guidance in non-IT domains.

In May 2023, he launched a personal initiative to train 100 CEOs to become certified Scrum Masters (CSMs). A total of 130 CEOs from companies with over 100 employees, as well as school principals and government officials, joined the initiative. Dr. Chou's personal motto is: "With great power comes great responsibility," which is reflected in his achievements and effectively inspires his students.

Dr. Chou is the author of the book "Successful Agile Product Management," which set records for the highest and fastest sales of agile books in Taiwan. Within five months of its release, the book went through nine printings and topped the bestseller list for five consecutive months.

周博士是《成功的敏捷產品管理》一書的作者，該書在台灣創下了敏捷書籍銷售最高和銷售最快的紀錄。在發行後的5個月內，該書已經經過九次印刷，並連續5個月位居暢銷書排行榜之首。
