Before going freelance as an Agililty and Leadership coach, Raffaela worked for several years as a Product Owner/ Leader and Scrum Master at enterprises and start-ups in the fashion and travel industries. This has allowed her to work with agile teams, coaches, and top management, helping teams experiment and improve themselves with the necessary allowance to fail and learn fast. Raffaela possesses in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies utilized for strategic planning, product delivery, and helping teams improve their work.
