Sascha Geßler

Sascha has a long experience in agile work. As trained software engineer he worked in different Scrum roles in the telecommunications industry. As change agent he facilitated the adoption of Scrum at scale and had the opportunity to push existing limits and beliefs to thrive for continuous improvements of an agile way of work.

Since 2015 Sascha is part of wibas and fully dedicates himself to help individuals and organisations to embrace better ways of work. He helps to faciliate the adoption of Scrum and Agile in different industries e.g. Automotive, Energy, Finance, IT & Internet with Soft- and Handware development. As Certified Scrum Trainer®, Agile Coach and Change Facilitator he utilizes his broad real-life experience in the preparation and conduction of interactive trainings, workshops and group events to
