Stephen Meserve

I am a QA Manager who oversees the quality assurance of multiple development teams. I organize and participate in the development and implementation of QA processes which will improve requirement traceability and defect management. I manage the identification of team priorities, delegate tasks, assist in training new employees and setting team goals for daily/weekly/monthly work efforts. I am responsible for providing testing estimates and the development of test plans and strategies. I coordinate with on site and off site teams to prioritize task assignments and manage multiple test efforts. I track defects and provide clear status to Management regarding each test effort.
