Current role:

- Drive implementation of the overall philosophy, strategy, tools & processes for wide spread adoption of the Agile
- Ensure adoption, corporate productivity improvements, enhanced delivery & quality, cost optimization, speed to market and increased customer satisfaction
- Promote Agile culture and mindset throughout organization
- Lead overall relationship between LOB or groups and the Agile COE
- Establish team, management & leadership requirements for Transformation to create an Org design and transition plan
- Collaborate with LOB to understand key value streams and help enable alignment of Org design
- Support the Agile Delivery Centre roll out plan and establish near, mid and long term objectives
- Onboard new groups or LOBs into the transformation, provide overview and evangelize Agile practices
- Introduce & implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum
- Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values to achieve maximum results
- Train teams and provide coaching through the process of onboarding, initial sprints, and throughout lifecycle
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners
- Evolve frameworks and methodologies
- Assess emerging trends/best practices and determine implications of proposed methodologies on meeting BU strategy
