My name is Dr. Sanjay Saxena. I have around 19 years of IT experience. Currently I am working as an Enterprise Agile Coach. My specialization is in Scaled Agile and Lean coaching and training. I am a lifelong learner and some of my elite certifications are CDAC, CDAI, SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant, CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, PMP, PgMP, CISA, CRISC, FLMI, ACS, ARA, Accredited Kanban Practitioner and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In the last 10 years, I have traveled to Brazil, Malaysia, China, UK, the USA and all major cities of India and coached & trained hundreds of professionals for Enterprise wide Agile Transformation and industry certifications. My favourite pastimes are reading books, playing in the professional Chess tournaments and practicing various forms of Martial Arts.
