Stefanie Wagner

Stefanie Wagner started her IT journey by coding on a C64 and though she never became a developer officially she really likes how code unfolds. In her small Internet Provider company she learned on what it really means to be close to the customer and be aligned with what they want. She then joined HP as a System Test Manager for a project that shifted from Waterfall to Scrum in a top-down fashion and could experience all the Do's and Don'ts of a multiple team, multiple time-zone Scrum implementation in a very bumpy ride. But she considered the idea of agile software development so logical and so intriguing that she stayed on the agile path and is now a fulltime Agile Trainer and Coach. At msg she now has the opportunity to work with a lot of different teams in different setups: co-located/distributed, on premise ABAP/cloud Java, dedicated testers/test driven development, new development Scrum/maintenance Kanban.
