As an educator, Certified Scrum Trainer, coach, and facilitator with expertise in visual storytelling and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product development, and business acumen, I have collaborated with organisations worldwide to facilitate strategic visioning, foster growth through learning, and drive successful business transformations. I believe Scrum to be an incredibly adaptive framework that will work effectively in any industry/ environment that faces complexity and volatility.
My aim is to continue to support a variety of industries including education and social care in running experiments and benefiting from the adoption of Scrum practices, visual thinking, product innovation and Human Skills to assist with team collaboration, amplifying creativity and delivering products and experiences of the highest possible value.
