Er ist Mitbegründer und Leiter des Large Scale Scrum Meetup Berlin (2000 Mitglieder) und Scrum Meetup Berlin und hat die Meetup-Gruppen Agile Dresden und Liberating Structures Lab Berlin mitbegründet.
In seiner Freizeit ist er Mitentwickler von Retromat, eines beliebten Planungstools für Retrospektiven (siehe retromat.org), das von mehr als 30.000 Personen monatlich genutzt wird.
