My scrum journey has been so tremendous especially over the past few years. I have had the honor of working with several IT teams in the healthcare field at Anthem Inc. I came onto the project just as Agile and DevOps were being introduced to the enterprise. The tower I worked with was tasked with running workshops to introduce DevOps related opportunities to the enterprise and build out teams from within the enterprise to create scrum teams to complete the backlogs created at the workshops.

I was tasked with not only facilitating the scrum ceremonies but introducing and teaching scrum to the teams. We used Atlassian tools such as Jira to track our sprints and Confluence to capture artifacts, processes, and knowledge objects. I worked with teams using both two weeks sprints and Kanban to track work and deliverables. 

Prior to my most recent experience I spent time in education, project management, IT, and the healthcare field. Scrum has afforded me the opportunity to collate my experiences and build successful teams that deliver.
