Tony Richards

As an Agile Coach I gained early exposure to Lean and Agile thinking whilst working with Toyota in the early 90's. Since then I have coached a variety of teams across IT, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Strategy to find growth and self-organisation through the application of Agile principles.

Using the wisdom Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd shared with me. I have developed a coaching and mentoring style, which compliments my facilitation and training of teams using Sharon Bowman's training from the back of the room (TFTBOTR) techniques.

I spend a considerable amount of my voluntary time supporting diversity and inclusion across teams and society. I have been privileged enough to work with Beyond the Classroom and the Amos Bursary in helping others find personal growth.
