Zak Meziane CEC/CTC is an agile transformation & leadership coach with 15 years’ experience in helping organisations and their leaders thrive in a complex and changing economy by transforming the way they think and work.

In the last 5 years, Zak had the privilege of supporting major agile transformation programmes for blue chip organisations such as Bank of Ireland, Hargreaves Lansdown and Direct Line Group, coaching at team and leadership level.

As an agile transformation specialist, Zak focuses on supporting the cultural and behavioural shift required to allow agile practices to flourish. He spends a large share of his time coaching senior leaders on their own agile journey to enable them to role model agile mindsets and behaviours for greater organisational impact.

Zak has produced a number of thought leadership articles and blogs, which were published on Linkedin and on his own website. He has also spoken at a number of private and public conferences and agile meet ups in the UK and Europe.
