It can also be seen in many companies around the world. Where these companies are missing? This paper answers this question through some observations in industrial projects that shows that test automation is more than use of tools but requires planning, effort, procedures, team collaboration and agile values to be well succeeded in projects that use Scrum.Results and best practices will be discussed in this presentation
