Download the Mobile App

Your #SGMSP18 experience is in the palm of your hand when you download the “Scrum2Gather” mobile app. Access the sessions, create a personalized schedule, connect with our exhibitors and other attendees, participate in contests, navigate your way through the Skyway system, and provide feedback.

Check for an email from “Scrum Alliance Events” with instructions on how to download the app. You can also download and log into the “Scrum2Gather” app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Review the program in the app or online.

Registration and Welcome Reception on Sunday

Pick up your badge at the Registration Desk in the Auditorium Lobby between 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Pro tip: Come early and avoid the rush. Once you've registered, network from 5:00 - 6:00 at the Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall B.

Monday Mingle

When: Monday, April 16, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Where: Nicollet Island Pavilion
Pack your plaid lumberjack shirt and join us as we take over Nicollet Island Pavilion. Enjoy drinks, food, entertainment and all the mingling you can handle. Meet by Ballroom AB starting at 5:30 p.m. Buses will also be shuttling attendees back to the official Gathering hotels.

Open Space

When: All Day, Tuesday, April 17
Where: Ballroom AB
Open Space is where attendees get to decide everything! We start Open Space by co-creating the sessions for the day. Anyone (including you) may propose a session on a topic of choice. This could be something you’re expert at, curious about, or something totally uncharted. The group will then self-organize to create a session schedule (of course, this can change too).
