What You Will Need

A PC / Laptop with audio, video and microphone functionality, and to get the very best out of the course you should have a fast, stable, secure internet connection.

We are also timing our courses so they are accessible for all Australians, starting at 8.30 in Perth, 10am in Adelaide and 10.30 on the East Coast.

The Trainer, Stu Mitchell CST & Certified Agile Leader

Stu Mitchell is a Certified Scrum Trainer who has worked in Project Management for over two decades. He is the former Global Head of Agile for HSBC Bank and is responsible for some of the largest Agile transformation in the World.  He has a deep and personal understanding of the challenges of adapting to the Scrum Framework.

Stu is a 2010 award-winning Scrum Master of the year, a Certified Agile Training Coach and a Certified Agile Leader.

Stories and examples of good and bad practice from Stu’s personal experiences from the front lines of work are core to his teaching.

Stu has been training people in Agile for over 12 years, in some of the biggest organisations in the world. He has taught and lectured on Agile and Scrum across five continents.

Certified ScrumMaster - Certification

Having attended a 2-Day CSM training course you are then required to pass the online, multiple-choice exam that is set and administered by the Scrum Alliance. The entrance fee for this exam is included in the overall course fee.

Completion of the course also means 2 years of membership of the Scrum Alliance, also included, which brings access to exclusive member-only information, resources and material.

Certification Renewal

Your certification will be active for a 2-year period, at that time you will be asked to follow the Scrum Alliance renewal process.

To renew the certification, individuals must achieve and record 20 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) and pay a renewal fee of $100 US. 

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

The course earns you 14 PDUs (Category A) within the PMI. PDUs can be used toward PMP, PMI-ACP and other certifications.
