The course material was relevant, well-presented using Mural, and expertly conveyed by the instructor, Brad Swanson. Brad is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor, adept at breaking complex topics into readily digestible bites, easily understood by an audience varying greatly in terms of previous Scrum and project management experience. He is patient, amiable, and a top-notch facilitator. My only critique of this course is that it could have been shorter. I recommend twelve hours, distributed over two days. The current 16-hour class drags at some points, becoming a bit redundant. For working professionals who cannot truly "unplug" from work for two days, leaving an additional two hours in the workday would be appreciated.

Brad is a stellar instructor! His approach to teaching and coaching is interactive and engaging which helps with understanding the material. I would recommend him as an instructor to anyone seeking Scrum certification.
