The goal of this course is to bring awareness and understanding of the foundations of agile leadership. Exploring the way agile leaders think, focus, and behave allows the participants to begin their learning journey regarding what it takes to lead in today’s workplace. Organizations today are striving to stay on top of rapidly changing business needs and are coming to understand that the need to respond and adapt quickly is becoming increasingly important. Business leaders are now required to shift the way that they think about their role as a leader, their relationship to their employees, and the culture of their organization. Agile leaders are needed to help their organizations thrive in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Participants should expect that each learning objective outlined in this document will be covered over the course of the program. The model for this course is flexible, allowing education providers autonomy to choose how they deliver the program in a way that will provide the most impact for their participants, including the models they choose, the mix of training and coaching, as well as how they bundle learning objectives in distinct learning sessions.

The Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) module brings awareness and understanding to the foundations of agile leadership. Discover the way agile leaders think, focus, and behave. The focus on agile leadership essentials equips you to embark confidently on the journey toward leading with agility and championing a transformation in your workplace.

Certified Agile Leadership is a Scrum Alliance program taught by Sticky Agile and it includes three certifications: CAL-E (Essentials), CAL- T (Teams), and CAL-O (Organization). Take one, two, or all three to advance your effectiveness as a leader.

Leaders today are striving to stay on top of rapidly changing business needs and must recognize rapid adaptation as critical to their success. You are now required to shift the way you think about your role as a leader, your relationship to your employees, and the culture of your organization.

Our Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) offerings are designed to bring positive change to your organization by helping you embrace the agile leadership model that fits you. Learn to lead agile teams by practicing agile principles and leveraging agility to drive sustainable improvements in any business.

The two Sticky Agile founders, Judy Neher and Lonnie Weaver-Johnson, will lead this unique CAL workshop. Both are Certified Scrum Trainers (CST's®) and former corporate leaders. Together they have over three decades of agile experience and more than four decades of leadership experience. Learn from people who have real leadership experience. They partner to give students multiple perspectives, they like to learn from each other, and it's fun!
