Topic were explained well. Lot of breakout room
Naveen had kept the sessions very interesting by making it interactive and made the participants think through the topic being discussed with real world situations. I highly recommend his CSPO course.
The course was not bad. I felt it could have been better if the instructor would have completed some of the assignments with the students so that we could get a better understanding.

Won't recommend. Very Dry and no engagement. Instructor helped in doing lot of exercises but engagement from instructor was lacking. Voice and style was monotonous
Naveen Nanjundappa, 12 Principles Consulting Naveen demonstrated a deep understanding of Scrum principles and product ownership to us. He could totally accommodate a beginner like me in his class. He provided numerous examples and case studies to illustrate key concepts, making it easier for us to grasp and apply the knowledge.
I did a CSPO training from Mr. Naveen Nanjundappa, 12 Principles Consulting My initial thought process before going into this training was that it will be another instructor lead normal training where person is going on and speak almost 100% of time and fill us with full of theory, but to my great surprise from first few minutes itself he got us into the practical world of learning. Exercises, group discussions, and many more such things. Naveen is full of knowledge and his way of teaching will absolutely take you into different world where you will start feeling like a certified PO from hour 1 itself. Trust me his methods are not traditional they are unique in own ways and it will give you more confidence. He listens to every doubt and clarifies it and take every feedback very positively. Given a chance I will attend many other trainings from this person and will recommend his name to my friends for CSPO training.

I completed the training for Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with Naveen Nanjundappa from 12 Principles Consulting. The three-day training session was enlightening and very effective. Naveen explained the concepts of Scrum in a user-friendly manner, making the experience more experiential as we learned by actually engaging with the material. His teaching techniques were interesting; he used handwritten notes and a unique approach to explain the topics. The analogies he provided were exceptional and helped solidify the concepts in my mind. I highly recommend Naveen for any scrum training.
