Agenda

To demonstrate Scrum in action, Scrum itself is used to teach Scrum. As a participant, you are stakeholder and your input added to the Product Backlog with learning goals. While working on these learning goals, the training thoroughly covers all that is needed to pass as a Certified Scrum Master. Training topics are:

The training has a healthy mix of theory and practice. By using Agile exercises with powerful debriefs, the participants will internalize the theory. During the training Marco shares his own experiences with Agile in many organizations, which is highly appreciated by the participants.

The training is in English and is from 9am to 5pm.
