In our Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course you will learn all it takes to be a great Product Owner. We will teach you all the theory, tools and practices you need and doing that, we will share our personal experiences from years of practicing Product Ownership.

We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all.

He has a background in Industrial Design and Software Engineering. He as worked as Developer, Architect and Manager in Many industries ranging from finance to fashion and from healthcare to megatronica. The general idea of my CSPO courses is to go through all practical aspects of breaking down a high level product idea to a concrete backlog. There will be some attention to the basics of Scrum but we will mostly be focussing on the broader role of the Product Owner not just your involvement in the Sprints.

The CSPO training is great for

People who are involved in any type of product development, in software, service delivery or even hardware product development. It's helpful if you have some understanding of Scrum or Product Development but it's not a prerequisite.

Good basic knowledge about product ownership. Recommended for new Product Owners or want-to-bes.

The training course was great and well-focused. The trainer did a great job in presenting the material, providing real life examples and keeping the sessions interactive. It gave me good insight and helped in learning more about the PO role.

Really practical, many opportunities to go into day-to-day challenges and examples, and a pleasant atmosphere. I've taken away tons of learnings from this course.
