I developed a deeper understanding of how to observe both individual behavior and team dynamics, and how to recognize the type of support needed at different stages. The tools and examples shared were practical and helped me connect theory with real-world application. I was also reminded of the importance of keeping conversations concise and neutral as a facilitator. Most importantly, I came away with the insight that meaningful improvements come from steady practice and a commitment to deepening what I’ve only vaguely understood before.

Evelyn took time to certify me even though she has been traveling for the last 3 weeks to attend 2 conferences, I can’t speak highly enough of her dedication to her students. Her content is relevant and up-to-date, the self-paced course is easy to follow, and the homework projects challenge not only what you know, but how you think about what you know. Highly recommend!!

Since 2009, Evelyn has been coaching organizations large and small, in different sectors from telecom, banking, insurance, automotive industry, and e-commerce. So far, she has helped passionate Agile practitioners like you fom over 76 countries globally through in-person or virtual Path to CSP programs, and/or Path to Coaching mentoring and coaching programs.
Evelyn has solid background working in different parts of product life cycle, as a product manager, project manager, R&D manager, system architect, software designer, system integrator to customer support professional. She has strong hands-on experience in telecom, finance, insurance, automotive, e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors. These hands-on experience help her greatly while coaching organizations and developing coaches.
