As a Product Owner you are responsible for maximising value

In our Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course you will learn all it takes to be a great Product Owner. We will teach you all the theory, tools and practices you need and doing that, we will share our personal experiences from years of practicing Product Ownership.

Manage your portfolio and be able to forecast time and cost
Being able to manage various techniques for forming and maintaining your product goal and backlog
Eligibility to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner

Whether you work with software or physical product development our Scrum courses are designed to support you in working smarter – and becoming smarter.

We put a lot of effort into making sure the teaching is being related to the participants' application of agile principles in their own organisation.

We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all.

Meet your instructor

Bent Myllerup is a management consultant, organisational change agent and agile transformation coach with 20 years of personal experience in management and leadership.

He holds a Master in Management Development (MMD) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Science of Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.E.E) from Aarhus Engineering College.

Bent also has so many certifications and accreditations we would have to make a separate website to mention all of them.

Great course and execution.

Great way of learning, hands-on etc was good.

Great trainer that was excellent at facilitating and engaging us in discussions. I really enjoyed Bent's pragmatic approach.

It was great to get the fundamentals of Scrum and the Product Owner role re-iterated. I've been working as PO for years and daily activities and issues sometimes makes me forget the why and what in relation to the PO role. Attending the course enables me to put my daily work into a broader context which again makes me think and act differently (smarter I hope)

I was at a Scrum Product Owner seminar held by Bent M. From Better Change. The work throughout the seminar was highly interactive so that the theory learned was also practiced. The best of it all was no PowerPoints!
