I thought I had a pretty good understanding of Scrum based on books and hearing about it from people who had done it before me at work, but there were many things I didn't know and I felt that I had made great progress in my knowledge and understanding of Agile/Scrum. -Terms like DoR, DoD, etc. -Practice Lean Coffee Refinement is an activity -No management, everyone is full-stack and cross-functional -Case studies Noadstorm in-store Scrum development, SpaceX sprint review and incremental The group work was easy to understand how to proceed and the online experience was enough to experience and understand the touch of Scrum. Above all, the attitude of the members working together was excellent. It was hard to believe that we were meeting each other for the first time, but we were able to work seriously on the Scrum work. There was constant laughter and good feedback from each other. This was probably due to Mr Joe's design of creating a fun and easy to understand atmosphere that made us forget the passage of time.
