The content of the training was satisfactory; however, the performance of the trainer was not up to standard. Her behavior was often unpredictable. For instance, she did not greet participants upon their arrival in the mornings and instead was preoccupied with her mobile phone, failing to make eye contact. Moreover, she seemed to assume that all participants were Product Owners, when in fact, some were supervisors managing Product Owners. This lack of understanding of the audience's roles was concerning. The primary issue was that the trainer created an atmosphere where participants felt discouraged from asking questions. Her tone of voice, gestures, facial expressions, and often her choice of words were perceived as dismissive and passive-aggressive. This made it difficult for attendees to engage fully. After several participants expressed their concerns, there was a slight improvement in her demeanor, but it still did not meet the professional standards expected for a training program costing over 1000 Euros per person.
Well prepared training materials and broad knowledge of development models.
Well balanced scope
The training was well balanced and well prepared.Zuzana provided us with many useful information and techniques, which she brought to us from her own experience. However, there were some things, which made me lower the rating. The first one was Zuzana's attitude in the first day, which made the group worried. However, I appreciate that she listened to us when we brought it up, and the other day was near to perfect.The second thing was, that some facts we found or our experience we shared was not accepted. And this level of self-confidence could have been perceived as arrogance.
The training was full of helpful and fun exercises. It involves logical thinking, teamwork, and acting quickly. It stimulated a usual working day. Therefore, I can only recommend this course/training to other students

I would recoment to give more time to steakholders
The course is good mixture of core scrum and other project management tools. Games simulating real proces were fun and very helpful. I enjoyed it from the beginning to end, without loosing focus and concentration, it helped me to answer some questions.
