When I first registered for the Scrum course, I was worried it would be just another boring, lecture-style training with endless theory followed by generic exercises. However, I was completely wrong! While other trainers may offer an agenda, that isn’t our style. We believe in Scrum, so we run each workshop using Scrum principles to give you immediate hands-on experience. Instead of an agenda, we use a Product Backlog of all the topics needed to meet all certification requirements, plus so very much more. Then just like in real Scrum, attendees work as a team with Mark to make choices about what gets added, reordered, etc.
The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course is usually the best fit for anyone new to Scrum as it’s focused on the basics of Scrum and the role of the team and the ScrumMaster.
