Provided a great step by step overview of the responsibilities of what a product owner does with in a Scrum team

Great step by step responsibilities of that a Product Owner is responsible for in a Scrum Team.

I originally booked the class with UC Agile (aka Unusual Concepts) to train under Danny Kovatch; however, my instructor ended up being Maria Matarelli, who isn’t listed on their site. I later found her classes offered at a lower price through Simpliaxis. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response to my email inquiry regarding this change. Having had a positive experience with my previous instructor, Bonsy, I had high expectations and attended the full class. However, I found the content to be somewhat vague, with approximately 85% of the time dedicated to team activities and discussions. While I enjoyed working with my classmates, I felt that we could have benefited from more structured guidance, rather than simple encouragement like ‘Great, you did well, thank you.’ This was especially important for foundational elements such as writing personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria, which I believe several participants like myself were still struggling to master. While I respect that this style may work well for others, it simply didn’t align with my learning needs.
