This course provides 16 SEUs of the 70 needed for the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification. This course also earns 16 PMI PDUs and 16 needed for the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification and PMP certification.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. Attendees are allowed one transfer, but it must be to the same class type and can only be transferred for the next upcoming class.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. All refund/transfer requests must be emailed to [email protected]. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend.
