The content was well curated and I liked the approach of delivery - applying scrum concepts to the 2-day workshop and assignments. Definitely a significant impact to the mindset of the attendees - to transition from project micro-management to broadening the horizon for leadership role as Product Owner. Key takeaway was 'deliver outcome-driven value, not output-driven scope'.

I attended CSPO trainer with Amit Kulkarni, He is a very knowledgeable trainer and delivered the training very effectively. He was able to explain the concepts with enormous details and metaphors which made the training very interesting and interactive. The assignments were simple and was very descriptive for a beginner to understand. Not to forget he has patience to understand the question and answer our questions. Overall, it was a very effective training, and it is indeed a great addition to my competency and growth. Looking forward to attending Amit Kulkarni's ACSPO training.
