Dr.Patrick McConnell timeboxed well and facilitated this training with more inclusivity for all kind of learners was an exclusive experience. Right mix of Theory , Exercises and breaks helped the learners enriched the learning experience.

I think it is a good overview of Agile. It does have a dim view of traditional program management methods.

Intro level course. Format was a good mix of lecture and breakout activities. I would not recommend it for experienced scrum leaders working in a true scrum framework, not hacked to call it agile/scrum but actually practicing true scrum. I wish the metrics discussion could have been longer but it was at the end of the course and we were wrapping up. I would have found more value in that than the day 1 content, but again, I think it's just that the course appeared to be designed for people who haven't worked in scrum before.

Patrick McConnell has an engaging teaching style and his background and experience lends credit to the course.

The focus on Agile thinking first and foremost helped make it clear it is not just about the frameworks or techniques, like Scrum and Kanban, but about the value that can be delivered to teams and the organization..
