The training course was what I expected. I had a great trainer, a lovely person with massive knowledge in the field, lots of experience. Really comfortable training course, found out a lot of useful things. Great exercises in teamwork, I highly recommend it.

This course was recommended to me by a colleague and it didn't fail to deliver. Good levels of communication before and after the course. The venue was nice; easy to commute to, good food, and with eco values. As for the trainer, John was great! Very knowledgeable with an anecdote for pretty much everything and was really great at getting his points across in an accessible way. The mixture of teaching styles/aids meant that the two day course didn't get stale and allowed everyone to get to grips with the content. I would recommend.

John broke down the theories into manageable chunks, shared practical insights, and brought everything to life with relatable stories. And his humor kept us all engaged throughout the CSPO sessions!

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, particularly the interactive elements, which I enjoyed and felt enhanced my learning experience. These features made the content more relatable, especially as I do not come from a software background. Despite this, I found a great deal of overlap with my current role, and I am confident that much of what I have learned can be applied effectively in my work moving forward. John was really helpful and made sure any answers that anyone had were answered and understood.
