Agenda

The material is divided into modules. During each module, the trainer will guide you through exercises that help you connect the material to your existing experience, learn new concepts and experience the concepts through practice. Questions are welcome at any time.

Modules include:

• An introduction to Agility at scale and how it can help teams to operate in a climate of complexity and rapid change
• How to use thinking tools like systems thinking to navigate through uncertainty and complexity
• How to structure, and coordinate multiple teams at scale for maximum value delivery
• A comparison of the key scaling frameworks, along with their pros and cons
• How to use core principles and common practices to craft your own unique scaling solution
• How leadership, culture, HR, and governance play their part in creating the environment for effective scaling
• How to lead complex change and implement Agile at scale
• Real-world examples from an instructor with 15+ years of experience

Timings

The training will run from 9:30-17:30 (UK) on both days of the course.
