Arlen did a fantastic job making the training engaging by coordinating breakout group activities, sharing key tips and strategies for incorporating better scrum practices into your organization, and presented the material in a digestible manner that made time fly.

Arlen is great and it was an enjoyable and enriching course. I enjoyed his anecdotes as well as the experiences that the other students shared. The second day was less interactive than the first, which made it a bit harder to focus.
