I found the course content to be engaging and relevant. I had previously completed the CSPO course with Karim as a tutor and knew I wanted to take this course led by him as I like his teaching style. The 2 days were really useful with the material being both interesting and relevant. I enjoyed the in-person element and would definitely use Scrum Alliance again in future.

Really good course packed full of information to deepen leadership skills

Karim is very knowledgeable. He is obsessed with time keeping. The pace was like a formula 1 car and I would have liked more time to digest, discuss and hear from participants about their experience adopting Agile in their orgs. It was content heavy, and Karim acknowledged this but did not do anything to improve it for us. He said he didn't know what to take out. It was uncomfortably fast and I am a fast leaner. It felt like this course was a 3 day squashed into 2. I am disappointed with the learning experience.

The contents and how they were conveyed were helpful and interesting. The tasks for self reflection were great, too. The time dedicated to actually working on those reflections could have been longer. Overall the contents could be learned even better on 2.5 - 3 days.
