Arlen Blankston was fist-rate in his presentation of content, structure of break-out sessions, and overall pacing of the coarse. This was the very high quality I have experienced in two previous courses with Grow Lean.

Materials were well prepared, a lot of excercises during the course.I would expect more details about financial aspects and managing multiple Agile projects with dependencies with waterfall projects

Arlen took time to answer questions thoroughly; breakout sessions were helpful to develop further understanding; and content was well done.

Excellent and in-depth analysis of scaling options and when/how they would apply.Always enjoy Arlen's classes as content is applicable and never feel like there is any wasted time even over multiple days of instruction.

Instructor was very knowledgeable. He was able to engage people and answer questions. This course would be hard if newer to agile so a base agile understanding would be needed.

The CAS-1 course gave a great foundation of learning about scaling approaches, pros and cons of the more well-known and even some lesser known frameworks, and covered additional areas for consideration that would help enable framework evaluation and adoption. Some of the topics definitely challenged my ways of thinking about Agile and Scrum, and I'm very appreciative of that! Arlen was a great instructor and the material flowed very well.

I really appreciate the depth of knowledge and experience that Arlen brings to the table. This course provided a great overview of ways to approach scale with an agile mindset, and a very helpful comparison of many of the tools and systems in the space. Definitely recommended!

Arlen is a fantastic instructor. He was very engaging and was able to translate the topics into real-world examples. The course material is outstanding and thorough. The breakouts were extremely beneficial as it gave learners the opportunities to learn from each other and work on applying the new topics. This was my 2nd Grow-Lean class and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend this class.
