Brad Swanson was a fantastic instructor and facilitator. He presents in a way that is engaging and fun. The pre-work was helpful in building a solid foundation for the online course. The platform used to navigate the online training was easy and hands-on. The class is structured with teams and breakout rooms to encourage discussion and interaction. The Q&A sessions, teach-backs, interactive workshops made this an enjoyable learner experience. If you are going to take training class, then I highly recommend that you take it with Brad Swanson (Agility 11) at the helm!
